Stocks Farm is situated between the Malvern Hills and the rolling Herefordshire countryside. We are a farm producing cider and eating apples, and several varieties of hops. We are also one of largest hop producers in Worcestershire. The farm comes alive in the spring with the apple blossom and is open for visits right the way through the summer, up to the harvest in September, when it becomes a real hub of activity.
Open Farm Sunday:
On Sunday 11th June, between 11:00 – 13:00, Stocks Farm will open it’s gates to all the family for an opportunity to look at how hops are grown and then visit brewery, The Unity Brew House. You will be able to also purchase their beer on the day. For more details on what Sarah and Hani brew. Please click here.
This is a great way to explore the what we do on the farm and it will replace the Open Day for 2017.
Stocks Farm Open Day:
Our open day includes a tour of the apples orchards and hop yards ending with a tour of the Bruff Hop picking machine & Hop Kilns. We include local history and points of interest along the way.
In September 2016, we had approximately 60 visitors attend our Open Day, despite the rain. The tour took about 1.5 hours to complete and ended with tea & cakes in the old Kiln, over looking the Malvern hills.
Stocks Farm Open Day is planned for 2018.
