About this Hop
Jester® is from the Charles Faram development program. Jester® is a seedling of Cascade (itself a cross between Fuggle and a Russian variety).
It was planted 2009 along with its sister Olicana® and was originally selected on aroma.
It was commercially released in 2013.

Flavour and Aroma
Jester® has a hugely intense flavour with wild American tropical fruit aromas. The aroma notes are grapefruit, lychees and blackcurrant.
