These are tailored to suit the individual needs of the class year group. Topics such as Brexit, trade deals, food standards, climate change, pollination, the climate, soil quality, wildlife and ‘the day in the life on the farm’, can be covered. We can deal with more complex subjects for older children, often related to local history, geography or the science curriculum. We also support local schools, helping to engage pupils in horticulture as a valid career choice.

School groups of up to 60 pupils can be accommodated. Full risk assessments will be undertaken with staff. Toilets & hand washing facilities are available and we have a wet weather space. Most of the farm is accessible by wheelchair.

Tesco ‘Farm to Fork’ school visit was an amazing opportunity to involve the children here on the farm.  Click here to watch a short video
